My name is Monica, and cooking is more than just a craft to me – it’s a passion that has been with me since childhood.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, I share my love for good food and hospitality. Thanks to these experiences, I’ve been able to deepen my knowledge and skills. My love for cooking has always been a constant companion. My roots are German and Kenyan, a mix that makes my cooking as colorful and diverse as my heritage. African cuisine is one of my greatest passions, and it’s truly close to my heart to share this wonderful food with others.
